Note

This configuration guide refers to PreBilt transactions beginning 'PB2_' and details the standard process without additional features or enhancements. You should copy these transactions with a different prefix to maintain a backup and protect the originals.

The guide displays the standard PreBilt screens and gives details of the structures in which the on screen fields can be found. Fields within these structures can be used to customise and enhance the screen. For instructions on how to use structures to find fields, please see Available data structures. General configuration elements

Configuration element	Details
FE_APP	Frontend class to use in running the transaction. Reference to the platform specific frontend application that should be used to run the transaction. Included in the App Master Data file supplied for setting up the initial transactions.
DOC_TEXT_OBJECTS	Configure what header and item texts can be displayed within the app. For purchasing related header and item texts the text ID has been prefixed with an ‘F’ and there can be duplicate entries, one for the header (where the Item Text ID toggle = OFF). For material basic text details, the text id ‘GRUN’ is configured with no text id prefix and item text ID toggle = OFF.
SYS_GUIDE_OBJECT	Determines the flow logic of the app. If toggle = ON then the same list of objects would be generated as if the value was toggle = OFF, but the user will not be presented with the list screen. Instead, the top object from the list will be automatically selected and passed to the next screen; the ‘object’ screen. The sort of the list, and therefore the way to control which object is selected for the user, is determined by the sort order defined in LIST_OBJECT_SORT. If toggle = OFF the LIST_OBJECT screen is displayed, and the user selects an object to count from the item list.
APP_TEXTS	Defines standard app text to be used in screen headers, buttons etc.
TRANS_INFO	Information about the transaction.

If toggle = ON all text ID objects defined in DOC_TEXT_OBJECTS for the document type being processed will be returned and be editable in the transaction, regardless of whether text has been maintained for the object. If toggle = OFF all text ID objects defined in DOC_TEXT_OBJECTS for the document type being processed that have existing content will be returned as display only in the transaction.
SUPPRESS_SUCCESS	Allows success messages to be suppressed. If toggle = ON, success messages are suppressed. If toggle = OFF, success messages are not suppressed.
