Note

This user guide refers to PreBilt transactions beginning 'PB2_' and details the standard process without additional features or enhancements. You should copy these transactions with a different prefix to maintain a backup and protect the originals.

The Serial Numbers app will normally be accessed from other apps where the first screen seen will be the capture screen, as below. The selection screen will not be displayed when the app is called from another PreBilt app.

This section covers transaction PB2_SERIAL_NUMBERS.

Enter a serial number and tap 'Continue'. If the serial number is valid, it will be displayed in the list. Each new serial number entered will be displayed at the top of the list.

There are several actions available from the capture screen:

1. Tap a serial number from the list will display its details.

2. Tap the 'X' icon next to the serial number in the list will delete that number from the list.

3. The 'Clear List' button allows you to clear the full list and start serial number entry again.

4. If serial number entry is mandatory, tap the 'Continue' button until the required number of serial numbers is entered. Once the required number of serial numbers has been met, the 'Complete' button will become available.

5. Tap the 'Complete' button to return to the original app.
