This table is provided empty and should be configured with the appropriate ‘Action’ activated to meet the client’s tracking requirements.
Toggling the ‘Active’ flag to “on” will start the recording of the associated action in the App Usage Report.
A large quantity of standard actions are available for tracking for use in the App Usage report (see picture below) including:

The report is accessed in transaction /TCTM/WM_APP_USAGE.
The following selection criteria are available in the report:

Additionally, a specific layout can be created in advance and selected as required, similar to any other ALV report.
The report then displays all actions recorded as configured along with date, time, user and any relevation obects and keys. Examples of those might include PI Document, Delivery, Transfer Order Item.
To download the app usage data, tap the ‘Download ZIP’ button, enter a suitable file name for the ZIP file and select a file location.
Using this feature, data will be downloaded in an anonymised form which includes the userids and the document numbers) and can be accessed with an appropriate spreadsheet application.
The ZIP file contains 3 CSV files:
Summary data – this contains the details of what was used as the selection.
Usage data – this is the raw data.
Warehouse Summary – this show a user count for each warehouse in the selection.
The data from the report can also be downloaded using the normal features of an SAP ALV report. It will not be anonymised using those features.
The app usage report is an ALV grid which means that it is possible to configure ALV tiles in the Analytics App – 651.
Some example analytics tiles have been included in the core package.
More information to aid with configuration of these tiles is provided in the configuration guide for App 651.
