Note

This user guide refers to PreBilt transactions beginning 'PB2_' and details the standard process without additional features or enhancements. You should copy these transactions with a different prefix to maintain a backup and protect the originals.

The Text Viewer app will normally be accessed from other apps. The selection screen will not be displayed when the app is called from another PreBilt app. This guide will detail how to use the app when accessed directly.

Selection

Enter the required selection criteria for the specific document or material to be processed and tap 'Select'. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

The text objects permitted for either the document number or the material number are displayed on the list screen only when text has been maintained for the text object.

Viewing and maintenance

View existing texts

This refers to transaction PB2_TEXT_VIEWER_DISP.

Tap an object from the object list screen to display that text.

Tap 'Continue' to cycle through all the text objects selected.
