Verification profiles
During transfer order confirmation, standard SAP verification profiles can determine the data that needs to be verified. These can be configured via the following IMG path:
Logistics Execution > Mobile Data Entry > Verification Control
For further information on how these settings work with the app master data, please refer to the PreBilt App 510 Configuration Guide – WM Stock Movements document.
Separate confirmation
If the warehouse is configured, so that separate confirmation is active, the app will perform the ‘Pick’ confirmation, once the source verification is complete. The app will perform the ‘Transfer’ confirmation, once the destination verification is complete.
For transfer order confirmation, it is possible to have ‘Confirmation Type’ on the selection screen so transfer orders only relevant for ‘Pick’ or ‘Transfer’ can be selected.
For further information on how the confirmation control works in standard SAP, please refer to the help documentation at the following IMG path:
Logistics Execution > Warehouse Management > Activities > Confirmation
Difference Handling
The app will use standard difference indicators and difference handling when a transfer order is confirmed with a difference.
These can be configured via the following IMG path:
Logistics Execution > Warehouse Management > Activities > Confirmation > Difference Indicators
Bin Verification Values
During transfer order processing, the app will check and validate against the storage bin verification field (LAGP-VERIF) if maintained in the WM master view. If this field is blank, the app will not display the storage bin field for verification, even if it is required according to the verification profile.
Zero Stock Check
During transfer order confirmation, to enable zero stock checking to be active on the source storage type, this can be configured via the following IMG path:
Logistics Execution > Warehouse Management > Master Data > Storage Types
Packing into Pick Handling Unit
The relevant configuration to allow stock to be packed into handling units will need to be set up under the following IMG paths:
Logistics General > Handling Unit Management > Basics
Logistics General > Handling Unit Management > External Identification
Logistics Execution > Warehouse Management > Interfaces > Shipping > Define Shipping Control > Define Control for Automatic Creation of Pick HUs
