Note

This user guide refers to PreBilt transactions beginning 'PB2_' and details the standard process without additional features or enhancements. You should copy these transactions with a different prefix to maintain a backup and protect the originals.

The Generic Printing app will normally be accessed from other apps. This guide will detail how to use the app when accessed directly.

This section covers transaction PB2_PRINTING.

Selection

Enter the required 'Application' and 'Processing mode'.

Selecting 'Print immediately' will print the output without viewing the item detail. Otherwise, tap 'Select'.

View document detail

One document for printing

Where there is only a single document for printing, you will see details of this document. Tap the printer icon to print the document.

More than one document for printing

You will receive a confirmation message that the selected documents have been printed.
