# Goods Receipt External

**Goods Receipt External (App No. 500)** enables efficient handling of goods receipt processes within the warehouse. The app supports multiple receipt scenarios, including:

:white\_check\_mark: **Purchase orders**: Users can process items, provide batch or serial number details, and post goods receipts.

:white\_check\_mark: **Inbound deliveries**: Handles both packed handling units (HUs) and unpacked items, allowing scanning, verification, and goods receipt posting.

:white\_check\_mark: **Stock transport orders (STOs)**: Enables processing of outbound delivery items similarly to purchase order and unpacked inbound delivery workflows.

:white\_check\_mark: **Scheduling agreements**: Facilitates processing of items in alignment with purchase order handling.

:white\_check\_mark: **Return Deliveries**: Facilitates processing return deliveries.

The app automates data entry prompts, supports basket-based item management, and integrates with other warehouse management tools for seamless handling unit putaway and status updates.
