Exceptions

The following functionality is out of scope for the IM Multi Bin Management transactions:

• Ability to move stock between storage locations (see General Postings).

• System guided putaway.

• Zero stock checking.

• Movement of stock to, from or between WM managed bins.

• Movement of stock to, from or between IM Fixed bins, as maintained in the Plant data/Stor. 1 view of the material master.

• Processing of the following document types:

  • 02 - Sales Document

  • 03 - Inbound Delivery

  • 04 - Shipment

  • 05 - Warehouse Management

  • 06 - Non-Assigned Handling Unit

  • 07 - Repetitive Manufacturing - Finished Products

  • 08 - Work Order for Components

  • 10 - Verification: Completeness Check Assignment to Production Order

  • 11 - Verification: Sequence Check - Assignment to Production Order

  • 12 - Non-Assigned Handling Unit

  • 14 - Packing Station

  • WA - Goods Issue Document

  • MS - Material Document Cancellation

  • UM - Repack Entry

  • QP - Inspection Lot

  • LE - Goods Receipt in Warehouse System

  • LU - Posting Change in Warehouse System

  • LA - Goods Issue in Warehouse System

  • LS - Further History in External System

  • ID - Initial Data Transfer
