Functionality

The app relates to the standard SAP transactions:

SAP transaction	Description
LX03	Display WM Bin Stock
MB52	Display Warehouse Stocks of Material

The following standard functionality is in scope for Stock Enquiry:

• The app replicates the standard stock overview reports in LX03 for WM materials and MB52 for IM materials.

• Display stock based on selection criteria entered for the following scenarios:

  • Inventory management.

  • Inventory management with IM Multi Bin.

  • Warehouse management storage types without storage units.

  • Warehouse management storage types with storage units.

  • Warehouse management storage locations with handling unit management.

  • Any combination of the above storage locations.

  • Batch management.

  • Special stock numbers.

The following actions can be completed by jumping to other apps (full details of the functionality available can be found in the app overview guide for the mentioned app).

• General Postings app (App 513):

  • Goods Issue to Cost Centre

  • Transfer Posting Storage Location to Storage Location

  • Transfer Posting Stock Status Change

  • Write Stock Off / Scrapping

  • VLMOVE scenarios for handling units managed in Warehouse Management (WM) storage locations. This jumps to the VLMOVE version of General Postings app.

• Stock Movements app (App 510 – WM only):

  • Creating and confirming a transfer order to move stock from the storage bin selected.
