# User Guide

This user guide refers to PreBilt transactions beginning '*PB2\_*' and details the standard process without additional features or enhancements. You should [copy these transactions](/prebilt-for-im-wm-strm/configuration-guide/transaction-codes.md#create-a-transaction) with a different prefix to maintain a backup and protect the originals.

## Tiles

A selection of tiles is displayed, providing real-time information.

The order of the tiles can be maintained in app configuration.

The header bar displays the last refreshed date and time. Tap the **refresh icon** to manually refresh the data in the tiles.

## Charts and source data

Tap a tile to navigate to a chart of the data.

The type of chart can be changed between a bar chart, pie chart or table data by tapping the three dots in top right corner of the screen.

(In the table data view, tapping the **glasses icon** will show the current data and allow you to view more data by tapping the **'Show Source Data'** link.)
