QI Record Usage Decision (App no. 562) supports the recording of usage decisions for Quality Inspection Lots, reflecting the core functionality of SAP desktop transaction QA11. The app enables warehouse and plant users to complete full or partial usage decisions, enter long‑text comments, capture images where required, and post stock from inspection into unrestricted or blocked stock. It can also be launched directly from the QI Results Recording app (560), allowing users to progress seamlessly from results entry into the final UD posting process.
