PreBilt roadmap - v4.18.0

Planned functionality for PreBilt v4.18.0, releasing in Summer 2027. All details are subject to change.

Barcode Scanning Experience – We will enhance scanning speed and accuracy with SmartScan camera integration, composite and mixed HU support, and improved printer selection logic. Wearables & Voice Enablement – We will enable RealWear workflows with multi-language voice prompts, bin verification, and advanced voice commands. We will refine UX with menu stacking, scrolling indicators, and HELP command improvements. Hands-Free Operational Flows – We will incorporate voice check-digit verification, storage bin descriptions, and PbV logic for picking and putaway. UI & Accessibility Enhancements for Wearables – We will optimise screen layouts for RealWear devices and improve navigation for voice-driven processes. Technical Stability for Scanning & Voice – We will improve error handling for barcode parsing, enhance voice command recognition, and ensure offline reliability for wearable workflows. Integration & Future-Proofing – We will prepare the platform for advanced wearable features and camera-based scanning extensions for future releases.
