To begin, access transaction SCPR3 and upload the BC Set provided by the project team.

When activating the BC Set in a customer's system, some fields may need to retain customer-specific values.

For example, the Presentation Profile in the target system may differ from that of the TCT system. To accommodate this, go to the "Field Select/Attribs" tab and uncheck the “copy” box for any field that should remain variable.

This ensures the field value is defined during activation in the customer system. Common fields that are typically set as variable include the Presentation Profile, Personalisation Profile, and Display Profile.

Save the BC Set as a local object instead of assigning it to a transport request.

Then, navigate to transaction SCPR20 to activate the BC Set.

Enter the name of the BC Set and click Activate.

When prompted, provide a Customizing Request. You will see the following warning message:

"Caution: You have started the BC Set activation. If you continue, new data records will be created and/or existing ones overwritten."

Continue until activation is completed, If the activation is unsuccessful, you will need to review the activation logs.
