Operator messaging

A red notification displays the number of unread messages received from the Warehouse Office.

Tap the message bubble icon to view all received messages.

If a message requires a response, the reply will only be confirmed to the warehouse office/warehouse monitor once the tick confirmation is pressed.

To send a message from a device, press the “New Message” icon. Message type and message content options are set in accordance with the message master data set in SAP EWM.
