Validation messages and troubleshooting
General messages
The PreBilt EWM Framework primarily uses standard ITS errors as prompts, displayed as an overlay on the screen.
Messages from the SAP system can be reviewed by tapping the “last response” button in the footer.
Connectivity
During a short-term loss of signal, PreBilt EWM will freeze the step being performed until a connection is re-established.
If the connection resumes within a defined period (set by a system administration) processing will continue.
If a connection cannot be re-established in the defined period, an error will appear. Check the device's network connectivity status, then once it is restored, the last action can be attempted again.
