PreBilt roadmap - v4.16.0

Planned functionality for PreBilt v4.16.0, releasing in Summer 2026. All details are subject to change.

Release v4.16.0 focusses on connectivity, with more convenient and valuable communication, compatibility with more integrations and a centralised hub that makes supervisors’ lives easier.

• Supervisor Cockpit The single place a supervisor starts their shift. Instead of jumping between transactions and screens, everything they need to see, manage and act on lives in one Fiori workspace - live analytics, direct messaging to the floor, AI-driven insight and task execution, and a digital twin to simulate operations.

  • Analytics Real-time analytics tiles across the operation - racking and bin utilisation, putaway by area, pick progress, open waves and empty locations - updating continuously as work happens on the floor.

  • Notify Operators message supervisors directly through their PreBilt app. Rebranded and now AI-assisted: an operator can snap a picture of an issue and describe the problem, and Notify now shows up on this cockpit.

  • TCT AI Ask questions about warehouse operations in plain language, surface efficiency opportunities, and trigger SAP tasks straight from the insight - all without leaving the Supervisor Cockpit.

  • Digital Twin A live digital model of the warehouse that lets supervisors simulate operations, model changes and see where bottlenecks form - testing decisions safely before they reach the floor.

• Zebra Guardian One RFID tap plus a biometric scan logs the operator into their device and PreBilt at the same time.

• Zebra Dimensioning Scan pallets and boxes and capture accurate measurements using on-device technology - no separate station.

• PreBilt AI A button out to SAP Joule or TCT AI from within PreBilt. It brings SAP's copilot into the PreBilt experience so operators and supervisors get contextual help and actions grounded in SAP - without switching systems.

• Picture capture on condition Photo-capture prompts now appear only when conditions require them, instead of on every task. Operators are asked for an image where it adds value - exceptions, damage, high-value goods - and nowhere else.

• Checklists Standardised, guided checklists delivered on the device for warehouse processes. Steps are presented in order and completion is recorded, so quality and compliance are built into how the work is done.

• Signature capture The signature capture experience has been reworked and standardised - a make-good that becomes a repeatable, out-of-the-box capability partners can deploy, rather than a one-off build each time.

This release will also include enhancements to existing features and functionality in line with customer requests and feedback, subject to change.
