This section covers transactions PB2_PM_OL_SYNC.

The Synchronise app displays a lists via the icons at the top of the screen.
Tap 'Check-out' to view the transactional and master data to be checked out for use in offline mode. Select the relevant items and tap the 'Check-out' button on the bottom right corner of the screen.
Where ticked item refers to 'Master Data' element, additional tab icon will be displayed in the top bar. A user can select the relevant tab for selected master data download and define data parameters for what data a user wants to synchronise for offline use.
Tap 'Check-in' to view documents to be checked in when back in online mode. Within the Check-in tab, you can:
Select pending items to be checked in the 'To Send' tab. When selected, tap 'Check-in' to start the checking in process.
From the kebab menu at the bottom of the screen, you can delete items before syncing or view further details.
Progress can be viewed in the 'Sent' tab. Where an error has occurred during the synchronisation back to SAP, relevant status message will appear and a user can click on the item to check for more detailed information to help troubleshoot any issues.
In the 'Settings' tab, you can toggle between offline and online mode.
