Exceptions

The following exceptions may apply for the Offline Synchronisation (App No. 574) app:

• Database Metrics - currently no functionality to provide information about the size or state of data downloaded to device.

• Download Status - currently no functionality to provide visual representation on the outstanding time left for sync to complete i.e. how long left until full download is complete.

• Dynamic online/offline determination - currently no functionality to enable user to dynamically switch between online and offline modes. A user must either complete the work offline and synchronise data back to SAP to then receive most up-to-date information from SAP in online mode, and vice versa.

• Automatic/Systematic updates - currently no functionality to automatically sync updates when back in online mode. A user must trigger updates back to and from SAP manually from the Synchronisation Centre.
