Offline Synchronisation (App No. 574) provides functionality that enables PreBilt for Plant Maintenance work efficiently without internet connectivity, enabling maintenance teams to carry out critical tasks without disruption. By offering flexible synchronisation options, offline validation, and configurable settings, the app enhances data reliability and operational control.

This application enables users to synchronise essential master and transactional data from SAP. Once synchronised, data is stored locally on the device, ready to be used. Any modifications, updates to work orders, or newly created data are stored in an , awaiting updates back to SAP. To maintain data accuracy and prevent errors, offline validation mechanisms are in place, ensuring a smooth and reliable interaction with the app, and your data, replicating SAP standard functionality.
