Functionality
The app provides the following functionality:
Enables users to access and interact with PreBilt applications and SAP data without internet connectivity.
Download master and transactional data from SAP and stores it locally.
Administrators can predefine synchronisation ranges via App Master Data, reducing user efforts.
Provides flexibility to configure which apps should be set as default for synchronisation, aligning with business needs.
Business or user can define specific data parameters for synchronisation, focusing only on necessary information.
Provides metrics to show when last sync of data from SAP took place.
Set PreBilt to work in offline mode only by setting the 'Offline Mode' flag in the 'Settings' tab.
An 'Outbox' area where user can review any offline work completed, pending 'Check-out' synchronisation.
Synchronise data with SAP at the push of the 'Check-Out' button, in an intelligent and sequential manner to avoid any issues in the process - for example, if new work order has been created, worked on, and completed, PreBilt will process data in logical sequence to ensure successful processing.
Ability to modify data created or changed in offline mode from the 'Outbox'.
Ability to mass-delete all pending data.
Intelligent error-handling, enabling user to identify data errors and provide SAP error response messages to help resolve them in a efficient manner.
Configurable settings allow to define what data to be automatically deleted upon user logout (online-mode).
Ability to clear any downloaded data from the offline database using "Clear Data" button.
Establish local authentication and prevent login issues in offline mode, in the event of accidental forced closure.
Enhanced measures in place preventing unintended offline data loss/wipe.
Configurable sync reminders prompt technicians to sync data back to SAP, ensuring timely updates.
Enforce Sync - set a rule that will force a user to sync data after specific period of time (in hours).
Offline enabled
Please note, to use in offline mode, the application must be fully synchronised using Offline Synchronisation (App No. 574).
