# Long text

**Long Text (App No. 577** is an integrated app in **PreBilt for Plant Maintenance** suite, designed to enable technicians to efficiently retrieve and add detailed long-text descriptions across various maintenance processes. This app replicates SAP’s standard Long Text functionality, allowing for comprehensive capture and display of information of work carried out on notifications, work orders, operations, components, and technical objects.

By providing an easy-to-use interface, the app ensures that technicians can capture critical information directly in the system, improving communication, traceability, and compliance with maintenance procedures. Whether online or offline, users can access and update long-text entries, ensuring that all relevant details are recorded and available when needed.
