Note

This user guide refers to PreBilt transactions beginning 'PB2_' and details the standard process without additional features or enhancements. You should copy these transactions with a different prefix to maintain a backup and protect the originals.

Create a work order

This section covers transactions PB2_PM_WKO_CRT, PB2_PM_WKO_HDR and PB2_PM_WKO_OPN.

Selections

Scan or enter order type, functional location and/or equipment and any other relevant selection criteria to create the work order. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Create the work order

Add the header details. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

From the kebab menu at the bottom of the screen, tap 'Long Text' to enter create any text against the order.

Tap 'Continue' to move to the next screen to create the first operation information.

Tap 'Save' to create the work order. Tap the 'Exit' icon in top right corner of the screen to leave the creation process without saving.

Change a work order

This section covers transaction PB2_PM_WKO_HDR.

Select a work order

Enter the relevant criteria to select a work order. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

If more than one work order matches the selection criteria, choose a work order from the list.

Change or add additional information

Maintain any relevant information on the main header screen and tap 'Continue' to move enter extra header information.

Tap 'Save' to save updates to the work order.

Additional information and actions

The work order can be processed in various ways using the options in the kebab menu at the bottom of the screen.

The kebab menu at the bottom of the screen to 'Complete TECO' or add 'Operations', 'Components', 'Time Confirmation', 'Technical Objects', and display/change work order long text. You can also tap 'Notification Display' to view any notification data if one is assigned to an order.

Complete TECO

'Complete TECO' can be tapped to indicate that the work order is "technically complete" but not yet closed.

Maintain operations

This section covers transaction PB2_PM_WKO_OPN.

Select a work order and maintain any relevant information on the input screen where the work order already has an operation. Tap 'Add New Item' to create a new operation against the work order. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Tap 'Post' to add the operation to the work order.

Maintain components

This section covers transaction PB2_PM_WKO_CMP.

Select a work order and maintain any relevant information on the input screen where the work order already has an component.

Tap 'Add New Item' to create a new component against the work order. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Tap 'Post' to assign the component to the work order.

Maintain time confirmations

This section covers transaction PB2_PM_WKO_CONFIRM.

Select a work order and operation to maintain a time confirmation.

Enter the start date and time, and the end date of time for the operation being worked on, as well as the reason for the time allocation, as required. The time confirmation can be configured to require technicians to record measuring points (as shown above) or disable the feature and allow user to hit 'Save' and record the wrench time.

Display a work order

This section covers transaction PB2_PM_WKO_DISP.

Select a work order using the selection and list screens. The main work order information is displayed, and any additional information can be accessed from the kebab menu at the bottom of the screen.
