Functionality

The app relates to the standard SAP transactions:

The app provides the following functionality:

• Raise new work orders.

• Release work orders - mark as system status 'REL'.

• View, update, and manage existing work orders.

• Display work orders assigned only to specific users - using partners function linked to users work centre HMRS personnel number.

• Add and display relevant activities/operations linked to a work order.

• Assign or display relevant spare parts/components linked to a work order.

• Perform technical completions of work orders once maintenance tasks are finalised.

• View or capture long text against work order, operation, and components - integration with Long Text (App No. 577).

• Display technical object (functional locations and/or equipment) data, including documentation such as, technical drawings, manuals, and more - integration with Technical Objects (App No. 573).

• Access notification assigned to work order - integration with Notification Maintenance (App No. 570).

• Record time spend on performed activities/operations.

• Mark time entries as complete/no further work required.

• Ability to submit measuring points readings at point of submitting time confirmations - enabled via App Master Data.

• Check stock levels of required spare parts - integration with Spare Parts (IM) (App No. 575).

• Perform Goods Issue of spare parts - integration with Goods Issue (MIGO) (App No. 576).

• Capture measuring point data for required equipment - integration with Measuring Points (App No. 572).

• Offline enabled - synchronise master and transactional data to work offline - integration with Offline Synchronisation (App No. 574).

Please note, to use in offline mode, the application must be fully synchronised using Offline Synchronisation (App No. 574).
