Notification Maintenance

• Selection of plant maintenance notifications can now use the Notification Priority.

• Ensured Priority, Functional Location, and Notification Type values are retained and displayed in subsequent screens.

• Only active and valid Catalogue Codes are shown in drop‑downs and accepted in inputs.

• Where a work order exists for a notification, the action to create a work order will be suppressed in the notification apps.

• Creating a work order from a notification links the existing notification to the new work order, ensuring continuity from the initial conversion.

• Outbox action only shows in online mode when offline processing has been completed.

Goods Movements

• Goods issues from PB2_PM_GEN_POST_GI updates reservation details for accurate component tracking.

• Added the ability to perform goods movements of materials with serial numbers.

Works order maintenance

• Navigation in the works order maintenance process keeps users on the current screen after messages, enabling smoother workflow.

• Person Responsible filtering is available across work order transactions, enabling selection by personnel number and accurate filtering in both selection and list views.

• Operation header details are displayed correctly in the frontend in transaction WKO_OPN.

• Orders are sorting as intended on list screens.

• Long text is saving correctly.

• Personnel Number fields now provide a filtered drop‑down based on the selected work centre, with defaults that make it easier to find work orders assigned to the logged‑in user.

• Operation descriptions in new work orders follow SAP standard behaviour, automatically using the work order description when no specific operation description is entered.
