Admin Portal for Partners

This page highlights the additional features on the Admin Portal available to Partners for managing their customers and access to PreBilt.

Note

Partners have a different landing page to their customers when accessing the Admin Portal. You are initially directed to a dedicated "Customers" page providing the list of your customers, from where you can navigate into the relevant customers' Admin Portal pages.

As a partner, you have access to all your customers' portal pages and the features available to them.

Create customers

Upon initial registration as a partner you may or may not already be assigned some PreBilt customers if they pre-exist.

If you have no initial customers you will be presented with a blank "Customers" page where you can proceed to create and add your Public Cloud customers.

Note

As a partner, if you have your own Public Cloud SAP system, you will need to create yourself as a customer in order to access and config PreBilt for connection to that SAP system.

Click on the 'Create Customer' button to access the popup where you can assign a customer name and ID. The customer ID must be unique and will be validated.

Once a customer is created, you are automatically logged into that customer's portal page and can continue with the regular Admin Portal activities, such as defining their environments, etc.

Trial license

Note

All customers created by a partner will be automatically allocated a limited trial license for 30 days from creation for 5 users with one environment. This allows you and them to get some initial setup and testing before committing to a full license.

All license extensions must be made via The Config Team support.

Manage customers

All your assigned customers are displayed on your portal landing page.

Click on a customer to access their portal, or use the customer box on the top left to select a customer from your list.
