🚀 Now (Ready by October)

This functionality is in active development so is landing very soon.

• Barcode Decoding Automatically handles GS1, QR, and DataMatrix formats, converting complex barcode data into structured, usable information for faster scanning and improved consistency across suppliers and processes.

• Goods Receipt Record goods receipts in real time at the point of delivery, directly from the warehouse floor, reducing delays, manual entry, and inventory discrepancies.

• Repack Break down, consolidate, and repackage stock movements while keeping SAP synchronised throughout the process, maintaining stock accuracy without manual corrections or offline tracking.

• Picking by Queue System Guided Want the system to decide where to pick next? Well, you'll get just that with our new feature which does just that!

• Packing SKUs We currently have packing HUs. We are bringing the ability to pack SKUs - packing products and quantities which are not in an HU.

• Direct Printing (Bartender Cloud) Native Bartender Cloud integration for enterprise label printing with support for advanced templates, conditional logic, and variable data, enabling compliant and scalable label printing directly within operational workflows.

Planned for the near term.

• Adhoc PI Count Trigger physical inventory counts for specific locations or products at any time, enabling rapid stock verification without waiting for scheduled count cycles.

• Loading Guided load sequencing with scan confirmation and SAP integration throughout the loading process, reducing loading errors and improving dispatch efficiency.

• Resource Type Qualifications A resource can or can’t execute a task depending on assigned Queues, resource type qualifications. This feature checks the resource against the request!

• Goods Receipt for Purchase Order by Inbound Delivery As it is said above! We have seen how common this is for our customers.

• Goods Receipt from Production Order by Inbound Delivery No further description needed!

• Picking System Guided Logic that determines what is the next WO to be processed based on priorities.

🔭 Later (Post January!)

On the horizon:

• Picture Capture & Display Attach images to operational transactions including receipts, damages, and picking confirmations, providing visual traceability for disputes, compliance, and operational review.

• Deconsolidation The process of breaking down HU content.

• Additional Barcodes Supporting the read of other barcode types outside of the GS1-128 that we currently support.

• Standard SAP Printing We want to be able to print from SAP directly, rather than just Bartender, where most of the printing chain is handled by SAP, output determination, spool request, printer definition and execution.

• Questionnaire Driven Config Wouldn't it be great if you can just say what you want your system to do, and then process flows are drawn up, config is toggled and your application "just works"! This feature will get you very close to just that!

• Swiping Functionality Swipe-based task actions designed for fast interaction on handheld warehouse devices, speeding up task execution for users working on the move.

• Automated Testing Automated regression testing across core workflows before release deployment, improving release quality and reducing production issues.

• Quality Management Integrated quality management workflows for inspections, holds, and non-conformance handling across warehouse and production processes, embedding quality controls directly into operational workflows.

• Gamification Operator leaderboards, performance tracking, and achievement-based engagement features designed to encourage visibility, engagement, and continuous improvement across warehouse teams.

• Custom APIs Integrate PreBilt with wider business systems including WMS, TMS, ERP extensions, and third-party platforms, reducing integration barriers and improving connected workflows.

• UI Design Config Configure layouts, colours, labels, and field visibility without custom development, adapting PreBilt to your processes and branding with less implementation effort.
