v2.13.0

Admin Portal

The Admin Portal has been significantly enhanced with redesigned dashboards, improved navigation, expanded device-management capabilities, environment management improvements, and updates to licence, user and administration functions.

Application

  • Picking Improvements: Picking reliability has been improved through the resolution of an issue that could prevent Pick HUs from being processed successfully. A new configuration option is also available to automatically select the next warehouse task, reducing the number of taps required between tasks, which may not sound exciting until you've done it hundreds of times.

  • Packing Improvements: Pack by Tote has been enhanced to provide a smoother recovery process when SAP weight-tolerance limits are exceeded. Users can now remain on the packing screen, review the SAP validation message, and adjust quantities without restarting the process. Reliability issues affecting the packing item list have also been resolved.

  • Bin-to-Bin Improvements: Stock can now be moved from all supported stock types rather than being restricted to unrestricted stock only. Movements remain scoped to the selected product and batch, providing greater flexibility when managing stock across different availability groups.

  • Goods Receipt Improvements: Additional information is now displayed for inbound deliveries that are not managed within EWM, helping operatives identify deliveries that cannot be processed through the Goods Receipt transaction.

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.

v2.12.0

Application

  • Picking Improvements: A new Pick by Area capability has been enhanced with additional configuration options to support different warehouse-task processing requirements. Picking queues are now refreshed automatically as work is completed, ensuring completed deliveries are removed from view and operatives are only presented with work that is available to them.

  • Putaway Improvements: A new Putaway by Warehouse Order process has been introduced, allowing putaway activities to be performed directly from a warehouse order.

  • Create Warehouse Task Improvements: When creating Product or Handling Unit warehouse tasks, users can now choose to create the task only or create and confirm the task in a single step, reducing the number of actions required for common warehouse processes.

  • Packing Improvements: Pack by Tote has been enhanced to improve reliability and performance. Handling Unit processing has been corrected to ensure packing data is recorded accurately, and operators can now recover more easily from SAP weight-tolerance validation issues encountered during packing.

  • Language Improvements: German, Spanish and French translations have been reviewed and completed across all transactions, improving localisation and ensuring labels are displayed correctly throughout the application.

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.

v2.11.1

Application

  • Packing Improvements: Courier shipments now send accurate item weights when booking deliveries, ensuring each item's weight is calculated correctly based on the product weight and quantity being shipped.

  • Courier Integration Improvements: Delivery addresses containing line breaks are now handled correctly before being sent to the courier system, reducing the likelihood of booking failures caused by address formatting issues.

v2.11.0

Application

  • New Packing Capability: When courier integration has been configured and enabled for an environment, tote-split packing can now automatically book shipments with the courier when packing is confirmed. The process has also been enhanced to provide more reliable handling of split shipments, including improved error handling and clearer guidance when configuration issues prevent a shipment from being processed.

  • Picking Improvements: A new Pick by Area capability has been introduced, providing additional flexibility when executing picking activities. Picking of serialised stock has also been improved through the resolution of a validation issue, and handling unit information now refreshes automatically to ensure users are always working with current data.

  • Stock Enquiry Improvements: Product search functionality has been enhanced, and users can now select a storage type without losing their existing search criteria, making it easier to refine stock searches.

  • Repacking Improvements: Repacking behaviour has been corrected to improve the reliability of stock movement activities.

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.

v2.10.0

Application

  • Goods Receipt Improvements: Goods Receipt by Inbound Delivery has been streamlined to reduce scanning. When a GS1 barcode matches a single inbound delivery, users are taken directly to the posting screen without needing to scan the same barcode twice. Purchase Order numbers are now also displayed during the process.

  • Packing Improvements: The default packaging material can now be configured to better support different packing processes. The post-pack confirmation message can also be enabled or disabled through configuration. In addition, error messaging has been improved and several packing-related issues have been resolved.

  • Bin-to-Bin Improvements: Batch handling has been improved so that entering an incorrect batch only clears the batch field rather than resetting the entire transaction. Additional search and confirmation controls have also been added to improve usability and reduce mistakes during stock movements.

  • Stock Enquiry Improvements: Batch searches now return more precise results, allowing users to focus on the specific batch they searched for while retaining full visibility when searching by product. Selecting a stock record opens the exact batch record, and blocked stock is now handled and displayed correctly.

  • Picking Improvements: Picking has been enhanced with improved navigation and task visibility. Warehouse Order lists can now be collapsed, Sold-To information is displayed on warehouse tasks, and scans that return a single match automatically take the user directly to the relevant bin.

  • Physical Inventory Improvements: The batch shelf-life expiry date (SLED) is now displayed during Physical Inventory counts, providing additional information to support stock validation activities.

  • Sign-in Improvements: The login experience has been improved by removing a scenario where users could be presented with multiple sign-in screens during authentication.

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.

v2.9.0

Application

  • Stock Enquiry Improvements: Stock can now be moved directly from Stock Enquiry. Handling Units and loose stock can be selected and transferred into the appropriate move transaction with the relevant details pre-populated, reducing the need to manually rescan and reselect stock. Users can also switch between Available and Physical stock views, and available stock can now be viewed without leaving an active move transaction.

  • Bin-to-Bin Improvements: Bin-to-Bin now validates stock availability before a move begins, warning users when a source bin is under physical inventory or blocked for stock removal. The transaction also provides clearer messaging when moving stock and improved handling of batch-managed materials.

  • Picking Improvements: Empty Pick HUs can now be deleted directly from the application. Picking has also been streamlined through automatic validation following HU scans, reducing the number of user interactions required during the process. An optional progress indicator is available to show progress through configured picking queues.

  • Packing Improvements: The Tote-Split packing process has been refined to provide a smoother packing experience when splitting orders across multiple totes, with improvements to box handling, scanning workflows and confirmation processes.

  • Goods Receipt Improvements: Fully received inbound deliveries are now automatically excluded from the delivery list, helping users focus on outstanding work. Goods Receipt by Inbound Delivery has also been enhanced to improve confirmation visibility following successful postings.

  • Replenishment Improvements: Replenishment now supports multiple replenishment queues, allowing users to select and work across different replenishment processes directly from their device.

  • Sign-in Improvements: Users are now prompted to accept the Terms of Use (EULA) before using the application. Sign-in reliability has also been improved following updates to SAP authentication processes.

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.

v2.8.1

  • Physical Inventory: Fixed an error prompt ("requires minimum OData-Version '4.0'") that prevented counts from being saved; counts now post to SAP correctly.

  • Bin-to-Bin: Fixed the same save error when confirming serialized moves; moves now confirm and post correctly.

  • Picking: Fixed the same save error when confirming picked tasks; task confirmation now posts correctly.

v2.8.0

Application

  • New Packing Capability: Tote-Split packing has been introduced, allowing orders to be packed across multiple totes while automatically assembling the courier payload when packing is confirmed.

  • Bin-to-Bin Improvements: A new configurable option allows users to view available stock directly from within the transaction. Stock is displayed by stock dimension, providing greater visibility before completing a move.

  • Production Consumption Improvements: Production Consumption now supports handling units containing a single product across multiple batches, enabling mixed-batch stock to be consumed without additional processing.

  • Goods Receipt Improvements: The Goods Receipt experience has been refreshed with improved navigation, clearer supplier information, enhanced receipt-progress visibility, and full Demo Mode support for training and demonstration purposes.

  • Repacking Improvements: Repacking now moves loose stock correctly rather than nesting the source handling unit and automatically resynchronises with SAP following partial or unsuccessful moves.

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.

v2.7.0

Application

  • Bin-to-Bin Improvements: A new configuration option allows a default source bin to be pre-populated when opening the transaction, enabling operators to move directly to scanning the destination bin. Available stock searches have also been enhanced to return all matching records, ensuring stock held in bins with more than 100 records is displayed correctly. The app now waits for a movement to be completed in the system before the user can do another.

  • Repacking Improvements: Repacking now supports Demo Mode, allowing the transaction to be used with sample data for demonstrations, training, and testing purposes. This includes the ability to scan and work with existing target handling units within the demo environment.

  • Stock Enquiry Improvements: Empty bins now display a clearer message when no available stock exists, helping operators quickly identify that a location contains no inventory.

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.

v2.6.0

Admin Portal

  • An Android nav-bar safe-area has been introduced so page footers clear the on-screen nav bar.

  • The ObjectListItem attribute text no longer clips on narrow devices.

Application

New transactions

  • Goods Receipt by Inbound Delivery — receive against an inbound delivery by product (new menu tile).

  • Production Goods Receipt — receive the output of production orders.

  • Production Consumption — consume components against production orders; posted quantity shown to one decimal place.

Enhancements and improvements

  • Picking:

    • Whole-HU quantity override – When enabled in the admin portal, scanning a handling unit automatically retrieves its full quantity from SAP and populates the pick quantity. While the lookup is in progress, the Confirm button is disabled and a quantity indicator is displayed.

    • Handling unit confirmation – Scanned Pick HUs are now confirmed into their destination bin rather than the operative's resource.

    • Confirm Picking screen – The layout has been refreshed, with the header now displaying the bin, description and storage type. The product label now uses a white background with a green quantity, the HU verification field turns green after a successful scan, and duplicate product descriptions have been removed.

    • Task list improvements – Storage types are now displayed above each task, the progress bar is available in queue mode, horizontal scrolling has been removed from the status filter, and the Picking Operations tiles have been refreshed.

  • Packing: There's now a live packed-carton count, and the Continue button stays on screen above the scrolling carton list. The Serial field is shown only when relevant. HU-title reprint chevron is only displayed when printing is enabled. The "Pallets" tile has been renamed "Handling Units".

  • Bin-to-Bin: Stock shown in base and alternative unit of measure. "Move all" has been moved into the Items panel header as a toggle. Item rows are prefixed "Product" with description on one line. The quantity and unit fields are on one line to improve readaibility. We've put a full "Storage Type" label on the source-bin header, and there's a tighter edit-item dialog.

  • Serial Capture: Running captured-serial count in the panel header. "Upload All Serials" is now a full-width button below the staged list. "Material" has been relabelled "Product" and "Expected Quantity" spelled out. The progress bar on its own line. The app no longer navigates back when the quantity is already met.

  • Goods Receipt: PO-entry date selection is now configurable; the main-menu button is kept visible and the stray overflow menu removed on Area Putaway.

  • Stock Enquiry: Quantity comma no longer clipped.

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.

v2.5.1

Application

  • Stock Enquiry: Bin results now show structured lists separating contents into Loose Items and Handling Units with their contents. We've also improved navigation to detailed HU results and improved Empty Bin result screens.

  • Physical Inventory: Improved messaging when all items have been counted and other minor UI tweaks

v2.5.0

Admin Portal

  • Handling-unit verification during picking can now be configured per storage type in the admin portal.

  • Partner Admins and Super Admins can now rev up their engines and head into the "Danger Zone" to delete an environment or disconnect a system. Tom Cruise not required, aviators optional but encouraged.

Application

  • GS1 barcode scanning is now supported in Bin-to-Bin, Goods Receipt and Stock Enquiry, including manufacture date and configurable vendor batch handling.

  • Physical Inventory Improvements: The app now supports serialised stock: enter the counted quantity first, and you are only asked to scan serial numbers when the count does not match what is expected..

  • Picking Improvements: Picking confirmation now shows shipping instructions and the source bin. A fix has been applied so that the status of a WO is maintained when exitting the app and then coming back in.

  • Stock Enquiry Improvements: The detail page now opens automatically if there's only one result.

  • Goods Receipt Improvements: Serial putaway adds a Select-all option (because life is too short to select serial numbers one at a time), and serial numbers now display exactly as received (without leading-zero padding). Purchase order lines show as a clearer list with receipt-status tags.

  • HU Warehouse Task Improvements: Warehouse orders now stay correctly assigned and released when moving between screens.

  • SAP error messages now show full details rather than just a summary line.

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.

v2.4.1

Admin Portal

We have renamed "Chat" to "Notify".

Application

  • Repacking: Added a new Repacking application, allowing products to be transferred from one handling unit (HU) to another with a post-confirmation workflow for faster consecutive repacking.

  • Physical Inventory Improvements: Count items are now tappable rows with a refined layout. Count actions have moved out of the footer into the page body; the count list scrolls in a fixed window so actions stay visible. Refined count-edit dialog; the bin-empty checkbox is now a button. Bin list shows storage type instead of activity area; uncounted items appear first in the document list. Document search dropdown aligned with its input.

  • Picking Improvements: When Pick HU is enabled, the cursor defaults to the Scan Pick HU field. There is no more spurious warning when the Warehouse Order is already assigned to your own resource.

  • Stock Enquiry Improvements: A "busy" overlay now covers detail-page loads, removing the ~1-second flicker when opening bin, HU, product, or storage-type detail.

  • Staging Improvements: The delivery header is now stacked and wrapped in a panel (grey card restored, responsive). The current staging area is relabelled; search field labelled "Outbound Delivery Order".

  • HU Warehouse Task Improvements: Top padding added and the empty pending-HU list is hidden when nothing's pending.

  • Resource Management Improvements: Logout button laid out inline like login, with tidier section spacing. The resource search no longer clears your selection. The app is now not giving an error message if you've already have a loaded HU on your resource from a previous session.

  • To increase usability, unlike trains and sewing machines, the keyboard isn't always there first now that we've updated the "auto hide keyboard" feature.

  • When copying configuration, the Apply button now updates correctly when additional items, such as transactions, are selected.

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.

v2.4.0

This release introduces a brand-new Repacking transaction alongside a substantial round of improvements to Picking, a renamed and upgraded Available Stock (formerly Stock Enquiry), and app-wide enhancements to scanning and connectivity.

Application

  • New App! Repacking: A new HU-to-HU Repacking transaction is now available from the menu. Scan a source handling unit and move items into a target HU, with the target's existing stock shown up front and clear errors if the target HU can't be found.

  • Picking Improvements: Pick HUs can now be created in one tap using the default packaging material, with single allowed materials pre-selected. Warehouse orders are claimed on entry in Picking by WO and released on back-out, so two operatives can no longer work the same order. Pick HU drop-off goes straight to the drop-off screen, validates the bin live, and cancelled drop-offs now appear in "Show HUs" without logging out. Overpicking is supported with quantity override, destination-bin verification now works with Pick HU mode off, and the confirmation screen and task-list search have both been tidied up.

  • Available Stock Improvements: Stock Enquiry has a new name — Available Stock. It also has new tricks: serial numbers display in the bin stock detail, and you can now find a bin by scanning a serial. Nested handling units display correctly, product stock is grouped by storage type and sorted by bin, and readability is improved throughout with product descriptions, commercial units of measure, formatted SLED dates, and thousands separators. The "no stock" flash while loading is gone.

  • Bin to Bin Improvements: "Move All" now auto-selects all serials when the stock is unambiguous. Products in goods-receipt areas can now be found, and source bins incorrectly flagged as empty no longer block moves.

  • Scanning Improvements: Case-insensitivity has finished its tour of the app. A new global toggle auto-uppercases scanned and typed input across Bin to Bin, HU Task, Putaway, Picking, GR Putaway, and Replenishment.

  • Goods Receipt Improvements: The back button has settled into a consistent position in the title bar.

  • Physical Inventory Improvements: Accepts GTINs

  • Connectivity Improvements: Clearer messaging now distinguishes between no internet, SAP being unreachable, and general connection errors.

  • Automated emails for upgrades are now enabled to warn admins and partners of available updates.

  • Screen headers now show the configured transaction name from the menu tile.

  • Device versions should now be displayed in the admin portal correctly.

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.

v2.3.1

Admin Portal

We have enhanced the “Copy config from” feature with more granular control and improved dependency handling.

Application

  • Picking Improvements: The task list order is now configurable (ascending or descending) and the destination bin now clears between drop-offs to prevent carry-over errors.

  • Stock Enquiry Improvements: Search terms persist when back navigating.

  • Scanning Improvements: We decided that bin-to-bin shouldn't be the only one with case-insensitivity. Product barcode matching is now consistent across all transactions, supporting UPC, EAN, and GTIN formats. New configuration option allows bins to be matched by bin ID, verification code, or either.

  • Physical Inventory Improvements: Save errors are now clearly displayed instead of the loading spinner persisting.

  • Connectivity Improvements: Improved messaging when offline or when SAP cannot be reached, including on the login screen.

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.
