PreBilt Admin Portal

The Admin Portal is the control layer - the heart of the PreBilt solution. It enables clients to design the behaviour of their mobile operations through a powerful yet intuitive interface.

What you can manage

Transactions - process variations

PreBilt is delivered with a baseline set of transactions already ready to run but these can be renamed or copied together with updating the configuration settings, to create as many “versions” as you need for the different processes in your warehouse.

Examples of this include, say:

• Creating two versions of the HU Putaway transaction: one for single HU trolley jack putaway and another for multi-pallet forklift trucks.

• Multiple versions of the Replenishment transaction each with different warehouse queues assigned in configuration.

Warehouse-level behaviour

Different warehouses often require different process variations. PreBilt supports configuration settings at the organisational (warehouse) level.

Depending on the configuration options available for each transaction, this might mean for different warehouses:

• Different queues

• Different HU rules

• Different verification steps

• Different default processes

• Different menus

Menu builder

A simple drag‑and‑drop and click-and-select interface allows you to build menus to suit your requirements: This may include:

• Different menus (with by definition different transactions) for different job roles, such as supervisor vs. operator, Picker vs. Inbound operator.

• Site-specific menus (because no two operations are exactly the same!)

• Global menus that can shared across sites or organisations.

Menus are easily created, edited, duplicated and then edited, etc. before being assigned to appropriate organisations and/or user groups. All this is configured in the Admin Portal - giving ultimate flexibility.

Branding and personalisation

For each environment you create, you can personalise the experience for your users and create your corporate branding.

You can update the following:

• Logos

• Header colours

• Accent colours

• Icons

Environment management

• Create and manage environments for your landscape

• Download the latest test versions

• Promote tested configuration from DEV → QA → PROD

• Validate changes before deployment

• Download live versions of the production solution from PlayStore/AppStore

User management

• Manage who can access PreBilt and what they can do within it through suitable setup of transactions, menus, organisation profiles and user groups.
