Notify

Notify is a beta feature which will allow communication between the admin cloud and end users on devices.

To activate Notify, go to the General Config section of your environment in the Prebilt Admin portal, toggle the Notify feature on and click 'Save Changes'.

To use, select the 'Notify' option in the cloud and Select ‘New’ to start a new conversation. Select the user you wish to contact.

Enter your message and click the send button.

Over on the device, select the menu and select ‘Notify’.

The message is displayed.

You can respond to the message by typing in to the 'Type a message..' box and selecting the send icon.
