# User guide
Within the Goods Receipt transaction there are multiple choices:
1. Receipt by Purchase Order
2. Receipt by Inbound Delivery
## Receipt by Purchase Order

### Selection
Enter selection criteria and press ‘Select’.
Relevant data is returned and an item can be selected.

### Verify information
The item is displayed, verify any required fields and press ‘Confirm’ or ‘Confirm & Putaway’
‘Confirm + Putaway’ will take you to the putaway screen.

### Putaway (if required)
Confirm any required fields again and select ‘Put Away’. A brief confirmation will confirm the transaction.

## Receipt by Inbound Delivery

### Selection
Enter selection criteria and press ‘Select’.

### Post Goods Receipt
Select Post Goods Receipt
Post goods receipt is completed. You are now able to create warehouse tasks, reverse the post goods receipt or pack lines.

### Packing
After selecting Pack Lines select a line you wish to pack on to handling units.
Confirm the quantity to be packed, packaging material and pack split
Select Specify quantities to customise the quantity on each handling unit

### Create Warehouse Tasks
Select Create WT to create putaway tasks for the packed and unpacked items on your delivery
Select Finish to return to the selection screen
