Functionality

The app relates to the standard SAP transactions:

IL03	Display Functional Location

The app provides the following functionality:

• Display master data for either Functional Location or Equipment such as, including manufacturer and warranty details.

• Display hierarchy list for Functional Locations or Equipment in form of a list - if Functional Location is entered at selection, a list screen will return a list including the functional location at the top, and any equipment linked to the asset.

• Retrieve documents attached via SAP Object Services - the attachments made against the asset master data, in SAP.

• Display images in PNG or JPEG format, in app.

• Download PDF documents.

• View measuring points, record data and review historical data for selected asset - integration with Measuring Points (App No. 572).

• Offline enabled - synchronise master and transactional data to work offline - integration with Offline Synchronisation (App No. 574).

Please note, to use in offline mode, the application must be fully synchronised using Offline Synchronisation (App No. 574).
