PreBilt roadmap - v5.9.0

Planned functionality for PreBilt v5.9.0. All details are subject to change.

• Quality Management Enhancements – We will enable jumps between Results Recording and Usage Decision apps; update support for Usage Decisions and enable entry of multiple characteristic results recording where QI Lot Operation Characteristic Sample Size is > 1.

• Plant Maintenance Optimisation – We will refactor PM app logic for operations and confirmations, improve offline error handling, and introduce automatic time recording for work order execution.

• SmartScan & UI Refinements – We will integrate SmartScan camera launch button, add sound feedback, and improve navigation flow for basket and item management.

• Offline & Sync Reliability – We will enhance offline data handling with better error messaging, datastore creation for outbox items, and fix barcode data loss during refresh.

• Continued Improvements - We will refactor Goods Receipt for improved flexibility with AMD configuration. Stock Movements screen flow will be updated to better follow Verification Profile configuration. PI app improvements will be made around batch controls and zero count confirmations.

Release v5.9.0 focuses on rapid user adoption, flexible deployment and faster processing times.

• Sound Prompts No more mistakes and delays from input error. New warning sounds alert users when they have missed a field or entered inaccurate data, immediately flagging the issue to ensure quick resolution for faster task execution.

• Device Cameras For complete flexibility in device type, barcodes can now be scanned with device cameras, removing the need for specialist scanners. Use the right device, for the right process to boost efficiency.

• Document Capture Plugin Improve document capture speeds with a capacitor plugin for camera integrations, pulling scanned data into PreBilt and SAP faster for non-batch managed processes.

This release will also include enhancements to existing features and functionality in line with customer requests and feedback, subject to change.
