Dark mode

We’ve added dark mode, offering a more comfortable viewing experience in low-light settings.

Improved operator messaging

We've improved operator selection in Operator Messaging to make it easier to find the colleague you need to message.

We've also added message pop-ups so that you're notified straight away about important messages.
