When configuring the voice flow for any screen in the EWM RF framework, it is necessary to know the technical names of the corresponding Logical Transactions / Steps, as well as the names of the fields that will be relevant for inputs or voice prompts.

The standard user parameter ID /SCWM/RF_TECH_TITLE can be enabled in the EWM RF framework to display the Logical Transaction, Logical Step, Screen Program and Screen Number in the title bar of the PreBilt app. This helps to identify entries that need to be configured in the PreBilt voice framework.

When the PID is configured with parameter value maintained as ‘X’, as in Figure 8, the client will display additional technical information as a guide to aid with customisation of the screen layout.

  • Technical details can be turned on/off via the Technical Information icon added to the Header menu.

  • Screen field labels will include the Technical Name as well as Display Name.

  • Screen function code will include Function Code as well as the Function Description.

You can press the information icon on the top right of the screen to display the technical information.
