Assign certain order status codes to a message trigger action. For example, a company may only want the message trigger on the release of an order and others may want the trigger on creation of the order.
This configuration is used to determine whether to create a new record (for example, when the production or process order is released) or to delete an existing record (for example, when the production or process order is completed).
Select the order type on the right of the screen.
Double-click the ‘Define Actions per Order Status’ in the right-hand menu.
Select the ‘change’ icon.
Select the ‘New Entries’ option.
Select the 'C Create' option ‘Dist Act’ field value from the drop-down list
Under the ‘SysSt’ field enter the required system status to be linked to the selected action Press ‘F4’ for a list of available system status.
Select 'Enter' to update and confirm the selection.
Repeat steps 5>7 for the 'D Delete /Close' action and relevant system status.
Select ‘SAVE’ to update and save all configurations.
