CodingControl allows control of all SAP data integration for production devices for any combination of primary coding, case labelling, pallet labelling and automated goods receipt.

All coding and labelling data is sent directly from SAP to all devices simultaneously reducing the downtime involved with re-programming individual devices manually.

Data interaction is not limited to SAP, it can also be received, made available or shared with third party or additional production connected devices, supporting key alerts, follow on processes or reporting. This can include consumable levels, batch counts, vision system errors and fault status’ to be received in real-time so the necessary action can be taken quickly and efficiently.

* Correct data automatically sent to all devices at the right time
* One central cockpit
* Eliminates the need for manual input
* Supports one, or multiple, devices
* Full traceability across entire supply chain
