CodingControl is an SAP certified IoT platform that integrates SAP to production line devices to send the right data, to the right device, at the right time.

Many manufacturing environments still reply on multiple human touch points to manage and control the production line. CodingControl has been developed to remove the need for manual interaction and data entry, which is prone to error and can cause production downtime and product waste and recalls.

CodingControl facilitates the accurate data flow from SAP to one, or multiple, devices including primary coders, video equipment, secondary case labellers and palletisers.

As standard it supports, and can integrate with, a wide range of third party manufacturing and production line connected devices.

Offering complete flexibility, it can be installed in any size operation, for just one device or production line to many devices across multiple production lines at a local and even global level.
